Software Applications

Driver Qualification File Management

Easily track and manage your driver qualification (DQ) files with our DQ File Management application. Staff are notified of expiring documents as well as receive new ones to be audited. If documents expire, InfoStream’s workflow will update drivers’ master files and trigger flags in dispatch to deactivate until compliance is gained.

Annual Safety Review

InfoStream’s Annual Safety Review application automates the activities needed for drivers’ annual safety review. When reviews approach, the system orders motor vehicle reports (MVRs), requests drivers to complete certificates of violations (COVs) and evaluates returned documents for activity. After reviews, workflows combine MVRs and COVs, which becomes the annual safety review record (ASR). The ASR shows the completion date and the new due date in the driver qualification file window.

Training & Certification

With InfoStream’s Driver Training and Certification solution, you can better manage your drivers' training and certifications for FMCSA compliance and skill improvement. You can assign training to multiple drivers at once based on time frame, terminal, or behavior. Drivers are kept up to date on their training status, and alerts can be generated if training isn’t completed by the assigned date. Drivers’ training histories are available in their profiles, providing a snapshot of driver safety behavior in one place.

Log Violation Management

Identify at-risk drivers and mitigate noncompliant behavior with our Log Violation Management application. It monitors ELDs and log violation reports and executes automated corrective activities based on violation type and/or frequency of violation. Drivers receive tasks by email, fax, mobile communication, and/or driver portal. Violation documents are maintained in driver qualification files to ensure a safety audit trail.

Roadside Inspection Management

Our Roadside Inspection Management application monitors drivers’ roadside inspection reports to ensure they’ve been posted to the FMCSA Compass Portal and to your company. In addition, all inspections go through specific workflows depending on the type (e.g., with or without violations, out of service or not out of service). Corrective actions or positive rewards can automatically be executed.

CSA Management

InfoStream’s CSA Management application is a proactive approach to addressing at-risk driving behavior and managing your company’s performance to FMCSA’s BASIC percentiles. The system imports your company’s and drivers’ inspections from the FMCSA Compass into the CSA dashboard, calculating company and driver measures and percentiles.

DVIR Management

Streamline data and mitigate risk with InfoStream’s Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) Management application. Drivers complete DVIRs through a checklist on their mobile devices. Actions provided may include schedule maintenance in-shop, complete delivery, and schedule maintenance at nearby service provider, or do not move – send service provider. Work orders can be integrated with in-house and external maintenance systems, and drivers can track repair status in the portal.

Equipment File Management

Our Equipment File Management application helps ensure your crucial documents are compliant to DOT regulations and company policies. Automated alerts notify staff and drivers of pending expirations. You can easily access documents for compliance review, and link asset information to driver and vendor. Preventive asset maintenance is automatically scheduled. The system will retain or purge documents based on DOT compliance requirements and company policies.
