Software Applications
Dispatching Systems
Driver profile data is taken from your current dispatching system and displayed on the Driver’s Scorecard for easy reference. Realtime expirations of a driver’s CDL, Medical Card, and Certificate of Violations can be pushed back into the dispatching system to keep all driver records up to date.
Telematics
Driver Management’s Telematics Workflow reduces the need to sift through endless data from the telematics provider by separating the critical events into a workflow. This workflow can generate an Adverse Action letter to your driver and assign additional training to correct identified behaviors.
Driving Performance (MobileComm Integration)
Workflows are generated through the monitoring of truck-specific data received via carriers' mobile communications devices and is compared with companies’ performance standards. Drivers who do not meet standards are placed in corrective action workflows for training, electronic adverse letter signing, and enter a coaching process. Critical events are processed and stored in the system. Realtime visibility to scorecard allows drivers to improve performance and driver satisfaction.
Drug & Alcohol
InfoStream’s Drug & Alcohol solution are available in both Pre- and Post-Hire environments. We currently have Pre-Hire Employment, Random, Post Accident, and Suspicious Activity testing available through our integration partner, eScreen.
DVIRs
Streamline data and mitigate risk with InfoStream’s Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) Management application. Drivers complete DVIRs through a checklist on their mobile devices. Actions provided may include Schedule Maintenance In-Shop; Schedule Maintenance at Nearby Service Provider; Do not Move – Send Service Provider; and Complete Delivery. Work orders can be integrated with in-house and external maintenance systems, and drivers can track repair status in the portal. Within the SHIPS single interface, carriers are not limited to a single provider interface, this means multiple integration partners!
EBE's current integration partners include*: Geotab, Omnitracs, PeopleNet, and Samsara.
*If your organization is utilizing a DVIR service provider not mentioned in this list, please provide a request, and EBE will determine its feasibility.
MVR Integration Partners
The value of SHIPS safety and compliance applications is enhanced through its integration capabilities. Within the SHIPS single interface, users can request and receive MVRs through multiple integration partners. Carriers are not limited to one provider within the interface. EBE's current integration partners include*: Asurint, Driver iQ, HireRight, iiX, SambaSafety, and Supervision. *If your organization is utilizing a MVR service provider not mentioned in this list, please provide a request that EBE will determine its feasibility.
HOS/ELDs
SHIPS automatically triggers workflows and streamlines the processes necessary to address non-compliance of Hours-of-Service violations. Based on the information provided in the driver’s logbook, InfoStream’s automation can create Adverse Action letters for Hours-of-Service violations. These letters are provided to the driver through our Driver Portal for electronic signatures. Because the entire process is electronic, an audit trail of all activity associated with each violation is available at your fingertips. Alternatively, InfoStream’s Managed Services can audit Driver Logs and provide Compliant validations. Within SHIPS single interface, carriers can use multiple integration partners. They are not limited to one provider within the interface. EBE's current integration partners include*: Geotab, Omnitracs, PeopleNet, and Samsara. *If your organization is utilizing a HOS/ELD service provider not mentioned in this list, please provide a request that EBE will determine its feasibility.

FMCSA
InfoStream’s integration with FMCSA gives users a proactive approach to addressing at-risk driving behavior and managing your company’s performance using FMCSA’s BASIC percentiles. The system imports your DOT information and drivers’ Roadside inspections from the FMCSA Compass into the CSA dashboard, calculating company and driver measures and percentiles.
Accounting Systems
SHIPS integrates with your accounts payable solution to provide you with real time information regarding issued payments for your Risk Files and more. Within the SHIPS single interface, carriers can use multiple integration partners. They are not limited to one provider within the interface.
