Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports To: VP of Sales
Location: East Moline, IL/Remote
Essential Functions - Responsibilities:
- Build new business opportunities to grow revenue and clients
- Outbound calling to defined leads and territory
- Drive sales activity to achieve monthly revenue and unit sales targets
- Qualify new business opportunities and setup web meetings for review of InfoStream products and services
- Leverage client referrals, associations and networking
- Requires successful sales history and phone skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond in a sales driven culture
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong computer skills – (MS Office, Google, CRM tool)
- 2 or more years of experience high-activity business-to-business sales environments
- B2B sales experience
- Hour of this position: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Complete training on sales process and products
Compensation and Benefits:
- This position offers a base salary plus commissions, along with prospecting and sales milestone incentives. OTE year of $65K
